However:

a) In vitro studies this herbal Extract “Z-HE” found to have no leishmaniocidal effect; But in vivo studies the pathological findings after treating cutaneous leishmaniasis we can see clearly degeneration & degradation of the Leishman body!

b) In limited toxicology study on 5 groups of rates (each M&F) giving them lethal dose (50 mg/kg BW) for 5 days we didn’t find any pathologic findings in the internal organs neither routine blood findings.
